The raw material for corrugated board production is container board. Seen in this light, the paper mill at Nortrup is the first link in a closed production cycle.
We manufacture the largest part of the paper needed ourselves and thus attain maximum independence from the procurement market.

Even the steam required to produce the paper is generated by modern gas turbines in our own power station. In this process, electricity is provided in a volume that clearly exceeds what we need ourselves.

This means we are not only independent in this respect, but acknowledged energy suppliers in the State of Lower Saxony as well.
